Vicki Benckert, born 17 October 1960 is a swedish voice actress and singer. She voiced Nermal in "Garfield and Friends", Harley Quinn in "Batman: The Animated Series" and Velma Dinkley in "A pup named Scooby-Doo"
She breifly voiced Daphne in 2011-2012, and earlier voiced Tony's mother. She still provides various voices in the series.
